Muslim radio station fined for saying gay people should be tortured

 No this is not in some mussie backward country , This is in Leeds England. 

A £4000 fine and only reported in the local rag, well done to the Telegraph for picking it up. 

Ofcom upheld two complaints from listeners about Leeds based Radio Asian Fever after presenter Rubina Nasir hit out at homosexuality and mixed faith marriages.

She said that homosexuals should be 'beaten up' and that a Muslim marrying a non-Mulslim was on 'the straight path to hellfire'.

The presenter, known as 'Sister Ruby', said: "What should be done if they do it? [practise homosexuality].

"If there are two such persons among you, that do this evil, the shameful act, what do you have to do? Torture them; punish them; beat them and give them mental torture."

"Allah states, 'If they do such a deed [i.e. homosexuality], punish them, both physically and mentally.

 "Mental punishment means rebuke them, beat them, humiliate them, admonish and curse them, and beat them up. This command was sent in the beginning because capital punishment had not yet been sent down."

Police shut down Rochdale takeaway in ‘child grooming’ probe

A Rochdale takeaway has been shut down as part of a new probe into the alleged sexual exploitation of children.

Tariq’s Pizza Plus, in Milnrow, was slapped with a three-month closure order by a magistrates court after an application from police and licensing officers.

A man who previously worked at the takeaway has also been banned from associating with a number of named people said to be ‘at risk of sexual exploitation’.

The probe was launched after Rochdale council received a number of alerts.

The allegations were passed to police and yesterday Bury and Rochdale magistrates granted the closure order.

Supt Chris Hankinson, based at Rochdale, said: "In recent weeks, we have been informed about a pattern of anti-social behaviour relating to an individual who worked at these premises. An investigation is ongoing, but we felt it was important to take proactive measures to safeguard any children who may come into contact with this individual.

"As a result, we issued him with a number of abduction notices which prohibit a person from associating with named individuals when they are at risk of sexual exploitation.This individual no longer works at, or associates with, the premises.

"Working in partnership with Rochdale council, we have now secured a temporary closure of the premises to ensure that any risk to vulnerable youngsters is kept to a minimum while the criminal investigation continues."

Jeanette Staley, Rochdale council’s community safety manager, said: "An application was made at Bury and Rochdale magistrates’ court to allow us to close Tariq’s Pizza Plus, in Dale Street, Milnrow.

"We were acting on community intelligence and police concerns. The council have reasonable grounds to believe that in recent months crime and disorder related to the premises has occurred.

"The court granted the application and the premises will now close with immediate effect for three months."

Pair jailed over fake qualifications scam exposed by the Post

TWO men have been jailed for a total of 10 years for running an immigration scam worth up to half a million pounds which was exposed by the Yorkshire Post.

Yousaf Amin and Sajad Khan fleeced hundreds of unsuspecting immigrants by providing fake English language courses which purported to offer genuine qualifications required by the Home Office when applying for British citizenship.

The fraudsters, both 34 and from Bradford, also set up an illegal immigration advice service despite Amin previously being jailed and banned for life after a previous fake work permit scam.

Sweden Democrats send members anti-Islam mag

 Some 6,000 members of the Sweden Democrats will be receiving an anti-Islam newspaper at the end of the month, courtesy of the party.

“Dispatch International is a paper that plays an important role in the societal debate,” MP and editor in chief for the Sweden Democrat paper SD–Kuriren, Richard Jomshof, told local paper Sydsvenskan.

The publication, which is connected to the Swedish anti-Islam group "Freedom of the Press Society" (Tryckfrihetssällskapet), recently featured an article where a professor argues that the Muslim call to prayer should not only be seen as that but also as a threat.

Sikh priests jailed over city rape

Two Sikh priests who raped a Glasgow prostitute in a "despicable and degrading ordeal" when she refused to have sex, have been jailed.

Gurnam Singh, 30, was jailed for seven years and Sukhdev Singh, 36, for five years. They were placed on the sex offenders register and will be deported to India at the end of their prison terms.

The pair were found guilty of rape at the High Court in Glasgow in October. Gurnam was also found guilty of a sexual assault on the woman.

The two men had come recently to Scotland to work as priests.

A COUPLE who hit a two-year-old boy so hard he was left with brain injuries after he would not eat his dinner have avoided prison.

The toddler was attacked by Alix Bluck, 22, who along with then partner James Bluck, 35, was supposedly caring for the child.

A shocked visitor said the child looked like a "Romanian orphan" as he lay on a mattress in a bare room.
When the child – who cannot be identified for legal reasons – was taken to hospital in Glasgow, medics discovered multiple bruising.

He was severely underweight and had brain haemorrhages and permanently reduced vision in his right eye from his ordealYesterday at the High Court in Edinburgh, the pair, of Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, avoided jail.

Alix Bluck was sentenced to 100 hours of unpaid work in the community and a three year supervision order. Her ex-partner was also ordered to perform 100 hours unpaid work and told he would be supervised for one year

London university to host anti-gay extremist Islamic preacher

Brunel University in Uxbridge, west London, has been criticised for allowing a cleric who supports the killing of gay people to attend a student event.

Abu Usamah at-Thahabi is due to make a speech on campus at Brunel’s Islamic Society on Tuesday 27 November.

His extreme views have already been documented in a Channel 4 programme and by the Centre for Social Cohesion.

Thahabi previously urged that gay people should be punished with death.

UK Border Agency's '100,000 Unopened Letters'

UK Border Agency (UKBA) staff dealt with a backlog of immigration cases so inefficiently that at one point 100,000 items of post were unopened

Applications were placed into an archive of unresolved cases after "very minimal work", despite the agency assuring MPs that "exhaustive" checks had been carried out

In March 2011, there were 147,000 unfinished cases that were passed to an audit unit

 In a sample of 135 files examined as part of the inspection, each case had lain dormant for an average of 87 months - more than seven years - before they were reopened in 2010 for consideration.

The shortest period of inactivity was six months - the longest was an astonishing 17 years and nine months.

FINNS PROTEST MUSLIMS ON HUNGER STRIKE BY GRILLING BACON AND PORK SAUSAGE IN FRONT OF PARLIAMENT…….

Afghanis on a hunger strike protesting deportation near the Finnish parliament house in Helsinki, get a visit by a group of Finns wanting to poke some fun. They grill some chicken, sausage and bacon, drink beer, then later on someone strips naked and runs through the columns of the parliament.

It’s causing a ruckus on Facebook and elsewhere in the Finnish web. Here’s the video that was published on 0ct 31, but I believe it took place in September of this year.

– “The reason why we’re going to grill is the fact that the front of the Parliament House is a Finnish social place.”

– “We’re going to support these hunger strikers, because they are of the opinion that criminals and sh*t bellied rapists and should never be removed from Finland because it is inhumane.”

    The men go to share “their own little opinion” of what they think about Muslim religion by grilling pork in front of the demonstrators. The motivation to reflect on each of their minds.

    They also get drunk, play with lighter fluid, and finally one of them runs around naked on the steps of the Parliament House Porch.

Wonder what eles they can nake halal ?

A factory in the centre of France has been given the green light from Brussels to start producing Europe’s first halal toothpaste, due to be available in shops later this month.

From November 23, the halal toothpaste will be available in specialised shops for €1.45 per tube - until now all halal beauty products in France had been imported from Belgium, Indonesia and Australia.

To obtain the official European halal label, the production and storage areas of the product are inspected by an imam to ensure they are free of any pork produce.

But because of press attention in France, the factory making the toothpaste wanted to remain anonymous, “because our other big-name cosmetic clients do not wish to have their brand associated with halal,” the director told le Parisien.

Halal brand director, Nabil Hadj-Chikh, admits pork-free beauty products are not a big issue for all Muslims in France.

“Some find this kind of thing is going too far, for others it is a sin to consume pork in any product, especially after we find out pork is in that product,” he said.

Pork fat, usually in the form of glycerine, is used as the base of a few cosmetics on the market - its use increased after the mad cow crisis, when lipstick and nail varnish manufacturers stopped using beef fat.

According to world market leader Colgate, much of the glycerine used in its products comes from vegetarian sources or beef fat, but pork-based glycerine is sometimes used.

In France, it is estimated about 1 million Muslims buy halal cosmetics. For the factory producing the toothpaste, its biggest source of business will be exporting to Muslim countries.

- I think it's very nice to wear hijab with the same color as the uniform. People notice that I now have a green hijab and it is very positive. Before I had a black hijab, but now people see that it belongs to the outfit, says Saeed Mahmood.
