Bomb explosion at shopping mall, Athens

Athens - Two security guards were injured when a bomb was detonated at the Mall shopping shopping centre in Maroussi, Athens, on Sunday morning. Following calls warning of the bomb threat, police were able to evacuate the Mall before the explosion. 

Defence Net reported a warning call was made to the Eleftherotypia newspaper, followed by another call to the website Zougla.gr, warning of an imminent explosion at the Mall, Maroussi. As warned, the bomb exploded 50 minutes later at 10.53 a.m.
