Special report will ensure West Yorkshire's children are 'secure, safe and happy'.
A document to safeguard children who visit West Yorkshire mosques and Madrassas is being unveiled today.
It comes after religious leader Sabir Hussain was jailed when he was filmed kicking and slapping young boys who were trying to learn the Koran in Keighley.
The Safeguarding Report for Madrassas looks at areas where guidance is needed including child protection policies and and reporting bad practice.
