The
two were arrested in Toulouse late on Tuesday night. One arrest was
made in a rough neighborhood, Les Izards, where gunman Merah spent part
of his childhood, France's prosecutor’s office said.The second man arrested is reported to be a serving French soldier, whose barracks are based in the town of Castres nearby.
