Cannabis scratch cards sent out to help residents recognise the smell
Scratch and sniff cards that release the smell of cannabis are being sent to homes across the UK to help people spot potential marijuana farms.
Crimestoppers, which is running the campaign, is hoping the cards will help people recognise the smell of cannabis and report plantations to the police.
The charity said there was a 15 per cent rise in the number of cannabis farms found in residential properties between 2011 and 2012
Think about it , Some Bright spark says I've got a great idea we will send Scratch and sniff cards that release the smell of cannabis to every ones homes , then get folks to call us if they smell cannabis ?
