"The boy was given an 8-year prison sentence because he was only days
away from his 17th birthday at the time of the April 2012 attack on his
sister, the Swedish news agency Tidningarnas Telegrambyra reported
Tuesday.
The Malmo Court of Appeals upheld the teen's guilty
verdict but reduced the sentence imposed by a lower court from eight
years in prison to four years in juvenile
