He is described as Asian, aged 25-35, of medium build, clean shaven,
with short black hair. He was wearing a striped, possibly chequered blue
shirt, blue tie, dark trousers and dark shoes.A 22-year-old local woman was walking along Stour Street, Canterbury, at around 12.40am on Thursday November 22 when she was approached by a man at the junction of Rosemary Lane.
He asked her for directions which she gave and continued on her way. But she noticed the man was following and he started to pester her.
By the time she had reached Church Lane, the man had tried grabbing her hand a number of times before he sexually assaulted her.
