Modassar Hussain, 27 rapist jailed for attack on disabled man

A takeaway worker who raped a disabled man in the kitchen of the premises where he worked has been jailed for nine years.

Modassar Hussain, 27, was found guilty of the sex attack after a trial at Leeds Crown Court.

The married father-of-one was working at Lister Fisheries, Headingley, Leeds, when he preyed on the vulnerable man on August 18 last year.

The jury heard Hussain took the man, who has significant learning difficulties, into the back of the shop before subjecting him to the ordeal.

Hussain, who had been working alone, attacked the man over some boxes as the victim screamed.
